The Agilent History Center tells the story of seven decades of business technology and innovation. Agilent’s IPO set records on Nov. 18, 1999 as the largest IPO in Silicon Valley history. But the actual story of Agilent began in a tiny garage at 367 Addison Avenue in Palo Alto, California, where in 1939, Dave Packard and Bill Hewlett created the original Silicon Valley startup.
